Writer’s Itch

Sarah Bowman

Sarah Bowman, attended workshops, writing groups, read & write constantly, novel-in-progress

Not really, other than to have an irresistible urge to write. Open up your computer and get going in whatever way you can. It’s always possible to rewrite later. Here are two excellent books on writing that I found helpful:
  • Tobias, Ronald B. Twenty Master Plots and How to Build Them. Writer’s Digest Books, Cincinnati, Ohio, 1993.
  • Zuckerman, Albert. Writing the Block Buster Novel. Writer’s Digest Books, Cincinnati, Ohio, 1994.

WritersDigest.com is an excellent online source.
